Barb and her friends have fought evil in Santa Cruz for months, but now they're on a pleasant cruise for spring break when dark events cast suspicion on Barb's new "sister".
Barb's new "sister" is actually a duplicate of hers made in the last episode ("Split Decision") by Dr. Botnik. In that episode, her soul was split between the two bodies, but recombined back into her original body in the end. However, her duplicate robot body was still around minus half her spirit.
