WisCon is a feminist science fiction convention whose focus is strongly on novels. There are a few looks at film and television, but little on gaming. I attended primarily as domestic partner of Liz, who had been at several prior years and was chairperson of the Tiptree Awards jury for this year. I did not play in any games, but I did moderate a panel discussion on "Gender in Gaming". There was also some play of "Mafia" going on -- but I wasn't involved.
I ended up moderating this panel, though I was not originally scheduled to. There were four other panelists: Gregory Rihn, Victor Raymond, Bill Humphries, and Heather Kinast Porter.
